NEW PÂTÉ CAMPAGNE FROM THE BAKERY IN FARMVILLE

.

We’re proud to announce the arrival of a fantastic new pâté here at the shop for the Holiday season! Philip Fenaux, owner of The Bakery in Farmville, Virginia, has been making pâté campagne for his friends and family for over 35 years. A native of Flanders, Philip has been living in Farmville for the past eighteen years, and opened up The Bakery five years ago with his wife Cynthia. He’s only recently begun to sell his pâtés commercially, and so far, his pâté campagne has been a huge hit here at Emerson’s. A mixture of rabbit, pork, cow liver, onions and spices, it’s even made converts of the few non-pâté eaters at the shop. If you’re a fan of pâté, make a point of stopping by and trying a sample of Philip’s.
